Strong magnets. weak adhesive

These sign holders are perfect for a small to medium sign, but they're unsuitable for holding anything larger, even when multiple magnets are used. The magnets are very strong, but the double-sided tape used to adhere the plastic holders to the aluminum magnet frame is the weak link. All of mine came apart, but I'll rebuild them with a stronger adhesive.

Falling Apart

The product magnet sticks very well. However, after detaching the magnet off a surface a few times, the plastic attached to the magnet comes apart. The adhesive between the magnet and the plastic is not that durable.

I bought these to hang signage on pallet racking. I created the signs by laminating printed paper and was hoping to use these holders to keep them in place. The thickness of my laminated paper was not enough to securely fit into these holders, but that was easily fixed by adding a couple of labels (cut to the same size as the gripping portion of the holders). Works great! I've bumped the signs with forklifts and even smacked them walking by several times, and they're not going anywhere. Some of the other reviews mentioned weakness in the tape between the magnet and the gripping part, but mine are great so far. I'm very pleased with the purchase over all.
