Using for Agile Board at work. Holds great to the metal wall and replacement cards work great for all the changes. We use Excel to print the cards. Set the row to 126.00 and the column to 38.00 select outline and print to see if it works for you. We use font size of 26 to get 3 lines on each tab.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they didn't stick to my wire shelves but I solved the problem by breaking paper clips in half and gluing them to the backs.

They're pretty good
The magnets are okay... not very high strength and they break in half easily. I am using them in sort of a rough environment to be fair though.. on metal racks in the church cleaning closet. Overall they get the job done...I'm sure they would be much better on a solid surface instead of a rack.
