Castle Rock, CO, May 1, 2023 – Master Magnetics, Inc. announced the appointment of general manager, Robert Weyand, West Point graduate, MBA and C-level manufacturing and distribution veteran of more than 20 years.

“Bob’s history of high performance in executive roles focused on manufacturing, warehousing, shipping and finance make him the ideal person to help us optimize operations as we grow,” said Jennifer Brown, president of Master Magnetics. “This is one of many strategic investments we’re making to bolster performance.”

Weyand will focus on all aspects of Master Magnetics’ operational and financial performance, emphasizing productivity, sales growth and profitability targets. His skills in lean manufacturing, workforce management, customer satisfaction and financial control will inform processes, policies, and oversight measures, while upholding company values including integrity, teamwork and responsiveness and the motivation of team members at all levels of the organization.

Robert will lead a team of upper-level managers from accounting, HR, IT, operations, sales and marketing, enabling Brown to pull back from day-to-day operations and focus on strategies for expansion and growth.
